About the Products

・Product prices include sales commissions and consumption tax.
・We take great care in packaging, but scratches or dirt may occur during delivery.
　Please note that we do not accept returns for damage incurred during delivery.
・We do not offer gift wrapping services.

About Shipping

・Free shipping on orders of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.
・Products will be shipped sequentially from the specified delivery date.
・We only ship within Japan.
・We cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times.
・If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address information provided by the customer, or if the order is undeliverable due to refusal of receipt, and a reshipment is required, you will be charged for the shipping costs again, or the order will be sent with shipping costs to be paid upon delivery.

Cancellations and Returns

・As a general rule, we do not accept changes to order details (including cancellations) once an order has been placed due to customer circumstances.
・In the event of an initial defect, we will provide an exchange. We cannot accept returns for any other reason related to customer convenience.
